If you're considering doing business with me, you might want to know a little about me. I've been a licensed REALTOR since 1986. I started in New Jersey as a contractor, putting together true modular homes and listing the resales for my clients. I quit modular construction in 1989 and concentrated on real estate, primarily first time home buyers, luxury homes, log homes and gentlemen's farms. After moving to North Carolina in 2000 (No, I wasn't born here - but I got here as quick as I could!), in the Charlotte area, I continued in real estate with the Concord office of Allen Tate, adding land sales and commercial properties to my repetoire. I moved to Godwin, NC in 2003 and became a broker in the Dunn office of James Little Real Estate, Inc. I moved to the Festival Park office of Coldwell Banker Advantage in January of 2011. I've attained my GRI (Graduate, REALTORS Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and will go for my ePro next. On a personal note, I'm married, have 6 children and loads of grandchildren. I raised my kids on 94 acres in the country (yes, we do have rural areas in NJ!) and loved it. Two of my daughters moved here with their children. I am very family-oriented; nothing is more important to me. I know what's behind my sales - YOU, and I truly want to help you make your real estate dreams come true. I try to treat all my clients the way I would want my own family treated and according to my Christian values. In my other 'lives' I have been a secretary, administrative assistant, editor, caterer, deli-owner, donut-filler, building contractor, den mother, girl scout leader and bible school teacher. I love to travel, read, play mahjongg & Texas-hold-em. I've also walked on hot coals, just to prove I could.
